ABOUT THE GAME
Flush Congress is a hilariously savage political satire card game where 3-6 players battle to flush members of Congress down the toilet by dealing PR damage, corruption scandals, and power struggles.
Each politician has unique traits, defensive abilities, and triggers effects when flushed. The bigger the target, the harder they flush—and the more they punish you on the way down.
Score points based on who you flush. Win by having the highest total when the deck runs dry. Bipartisan mockery guaranteed.
HOW TO PLAY

Pick Your Targets
Reveal Congresspeople equal to the number of players. These are your community targets—everyone can attack them.

Play Action Cards
On your turn, play Action Cards to deal Image, Corruption, or Power damage to any Congressperson.

Flush & Score
When a Congressperson’s Flush Meter hits 0, they’re flushed! Collect them for points (6, 8, or 10) and trigger their On-Flush Effect.

Win the Game
Game ends when the Action deck runs out. Player with the highest total Flush Meter value of flushed Congresspeople wins!
The Twist: On-Flush Effects
6 Flush Meter: Easy targets that reward the flusher (draw cards, heal damage)
8 Flush Meter: Balanced targets with community effects (all players draw or discard)
10 Flush Meter: High-value tanks that punish the flusher (discard cards, skip phases)
